At USA Hockey Shop, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the equipment is in new, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop the package off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
